The Chace Fitness Center staff provides the base population sports and fitness programs, recreational facilities, instructional classes and cardio/weight equipment.

Full range of sports & fitness experiences from intramural programs to aerobic classes. Programs are designed for individual experiences as well as team competition.

Chace Fitness Center Offers 17 aerobics classes weekly, 10 Intramural/extramural sports, monthly 5K and 4 special events annually. For more information see the front desk.

Facilities available include:

           One indoor basketball/volleyball court
           Three racquetball courts
           Cardiovascular/theater Area
           Strength Training Area
           Two Aerobics/Exercise Rooms
           Six locker rooms (two with saunas)
           Two lighted outdoor tennis courts
           Two softball fields (lighted)
           One lighted soccer/flag football Field
           Sports retail store
              Outdoor rubberized running track (lighted)
              Child play area
              Massage therapy room (Call for times and prices)
