The Mid-Atlantic lodge provides the highest quality
lodging service for transient personnel at Lajes Field,
Azores. Our facilities are extremely well maintained by
our staff of professionals. Room improvements and
building renovations are continual in order to make our
accommodations top-notch! Its no wonder that the
Mid-Atlantic Lodge was named “Best in Air Combat
Command” for three years straight (1999-2001) and chosen
as the Innkeeper Award Winner for the best large lodging
operation in the Air Force 2001. |

Services do we have for you?:
The Mid-Atlantic Lodge offers rooms to accommodate families,
of accommodations based on your particular requirements. The
spacious, comfortable lobby greets everyone with hot coffee, and
magazines! Snacks, beverages and rental movies are available for
purchase at the front desk. |
Lodging
Visiting Officer Quarters (VOQs):
Single rooms to accommodate any traveler on official duty or
here to enjoy the local culture.
Visiting Quarters
(VQs):
Superb rooms to support the weary war fighter on their way
to and from anywhere, anytime.
Temporary Lodging Facility
(TLF):
Our TLFs are efficiency apartments. Two of our units are
handicapped accessible.
Aircrew Quarters:
We offer all transient aircrew Prime Knight service.
All of our rooms feature televisions, VCRs, clock radios,
telephones, microwaves, and refrigerators. All refrigerators
are stocked and snacks available for purchase in our VOQ and
VQ. Washers and dryers are available for use in each
building.
